The Impact of E-Government System Implementation on Employee Productivity in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandung City

This research focuses on the influence of e-government implementation on employee performance in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandung City. Using a quantitative associative method, the study involved 71 respondents as the sample. The results show a very strong influence of e-government on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.994. Supporting factors include adequate infrastructure and an efficient work culture. The researchers recommend recruiting IT-background human resources and conducting more intensive training to improve employees' understanding and performance related to e-government.

This study aims to explain nonverbal communication during online learning, nonverbal communication that can support verbal communication. Online learning is indeed not uncommon anymore, performance as a good communication is necessary so that it becomes effective communication in learning at the Informatics Engineering Study Program, University of Yudharta Pasuruan. This study applies Harold Lasswell's Theory (Who Says What In Which Channel to Whom With What Effect). Qualitative descriptive research method and type of research Case study. The subjects studied in this study were lecturers who taught. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is analyzed with MDAP, source triangulation analysis, data presentation and conclusions. The research was conducted at the Informatics Engineering study program, Yudharta University, Pasuruan. This research was conducted from January to February 2022. The results of the study stated that the phenomena of nonverbal communication that occurred were facial expressions in the form of a smile, Giving gazes to participants as a form of eye gaze to participants, Hand gestures (movement of describing items, counting movements and greeting movements) which is done when explaining to help participants understand the material from the resource persons, Appearance (virtual background and clothing) to increase interest and increase the focus of participants. All of this has the effect of strengthening learning communication with the effects obtained by participants, including: increasing student enthusiasm for learning, bringing pleasure in lectures, making it easier to understand the material, and appearance as a figure to be imitated

The management of the rice terrace tourist attraction in Ceking, Tegallalang District, Gianyar, presents a unique tourism model due to its location between two villages. The terraces are situated in Kedisan Village, while the best viewpoints are in Tegallalang Village. This research aims to analyze the authority of the Tegallalang Traditional Village in utilizing community participation for managing the Ceking tourist attraction and to develop a suitable
management model for community empowerment. The study employs a qualitative approach with case study methods, including data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the Tegallalang Traditional Village's authority in managing the tourist attraction is not fully optimized due to limited community involvement. Moreover, while the attraction is popular among tourists, the
facilities need improvement. The proposed management model emphasizes integration among traditional villages, Subak, government, tourism actors, and the Kedisan Village community, aiming to empower local communities through collaborative management.

Authority of Traditional Villages in Cultural Tourism Management in Bali (A Case Study of Mertasari Beach Management in South Denpasar District)

The management of tourism closely tied to Balinese culture emphasizes the significant role of traditional villages, including Desa Adat Intaran, which is responsible for managing Mertasari Beach in South Denpasar District. This research aims to examine: (1) the authority of traditional villages in managing cultural tourism in Bali based on Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Traditional Villages; and (2) the contribution of Desa Adat Intaran in the management of Mertasari Beach. This research uses a qualitative approach with interactive data analysis techniques adapted from Miles and Huberman. The research findings indicate that: (1) Based on the Bali Provincial Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Traditional Villages, traditional villages have the authority to manage tourism that is part of the traditional village's heritage, especially if it is related to Padruwen Desa. This Regional Regulation strengthens the role of traditional villages in managing Balinese cultural tourism by considering the local values of the Balinese community, particularly in preserving Padruwen Desa as a tourist destination; and (2) Although Desa Adat Intaran has been active in managing Mertasari Beach, including community empowerment programs, environmental conservation, cleanliness of Mertasari Beach, and financial planning, the management structure separate from the traditional village organization is still not optimal. Community participation and supervision include overseeing the workforce, security, and vendor activities.

Development Planning of Oongan Dam Tourism Area as Community-Based Tourism in Denpasar City

This study explores the potential of Dam Oongan to be developed as a tourist attraction, highlighting its beautiful garden, jogging tracks, swimming pools, and culinary tours. The research addresses two main questions: the existing attractions around Oongan Dam and the development plan for community-based tourism in Denpasar, Bali. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal significant attractions such as good accessibility, adequate amenities, and various attractions including Dam Oongan and its gardens. However, the development plan is hindered by the absence of a dedicated management institution and unclear community values. Recommendations include forming a management institution and clarifying community vision.

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Online Job Seeker Card (Ak-1) services at the Bandung Regency Manpower Office. The urgency of this research stems from the need to enhance public awareness and the efficiency of service delivery. The objectives are to identify the effectiveness, obstacles, and efforts related to these services. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that despite timely service delivery, poor program socialization has led to low public awareness and suboptimal service impact, such as inefficient job distribution. Recommendations include increasing socialization efforts, improving inter-agency coordination, and upgrading the service platform to mobile applications to enhance accessibility for job seekers

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) has the same position as the Regional Government in building and facilitating support in the formulation of regional government policies, which can accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community so that they can be well received. However, in reality, the DPRD has not fully been able to perform its functions well, and in practice, it often blurs the meaning of democracy itself. The implementation of regional autonomy by the Regional Government and DPRD must be carried out according to their respective functions. The DPRD is required to maximize its legislative function to accommodate all aspirations of the people and to prosper the local community, which is the DPRD's obligation. The implementation of the legislative function must be followed up with regional regulations, in this case, in accordance with the Regulations of the Bangli District DPRD No. 1 of 2020 concerning the Rules of Procedure of the Bangli District DPRD, which outline the functions of the DPRD. This research employs a qualitative approach and was conducted at the Bangli District Regional People's Representative Council located on JL. Brigjen Ngurah Rai, Bangli. The results of this study indicate that during the period of 2019-2024, the Bangli District DPRD has not yet shown a number of achievements that deserve appreciation or has not yet optimally fulfilled its role as a representative institution. In terms of the formation of laws and regional regulations, the Bangli DPRD has not successfully produced a series of policies that were planned within annual targets, although the policies or regional regulations that have been established reflect the commitment of the DPRD in responding to the needs and aspirations of the local community. Efforts to improve the performance of the Bangli District DPRD during the period of 2019-2024 in implementing regional autonomy in Bangli District include training, developing oversight strategies, appointing Expert Groups and Advisory Teams, and approving the rules of procedure of the Bangli District DPRD

Optimizing Regency/City Government Public Information Openness Policy (Monev case study in Banten Province)

District / city governments as stated in law number 32 of 2014. One of the important things to understand is that the law states more explicitly the right of local governments to organize the affairs of government that fall under local authority. The Banten Provincial Government was encouraged by this authority to establish the Banten Provincial Information Commission and Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2012 concerning procedures for public information disclosure in the administration of local government from 2011-2015, 2015-2019 and 2019-2023. The research data collection method was taken from the results of the M&E activities of public agencies in 2023 for the category of district / city government in Banten province. The purpose of this M&E research is to identify tactics that can be used by district and city governments in Banten Province to transform into informed public bodies. The results of the M&E obtained that all district/city governments were categorized as INFORMATIVE public bodies with the highest score of 98.53 and the lowest score of 91.59. However, in the future, information and documentation management officials need to maximize the service of public information requests for applicants/users of information.

This research investigates the role of sub-district leadership in mitigating the spread of new direction radicalism in Poso District, Poso Regency City. The urgency and significance of this study lie in addressing the escalating radicalism threats in the region. The research method employed is a qualitative approach using a descriptive case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six informants, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the instructional leadership style is effective, evidenced by structured communication and community engagement. The consultative leadership style is also successful, involving diverse community and religious groups. Additionally, the participative leadership style supports policy implementation through religious lectures, while the delegation leadership style empowers subordinates to address radicalism prevention. The study recommends enhancing leadership strategies to sustain these efforts

The research investigates the quality of apparatus resources at the Secretariat of the Palu City Regional People's Representative Council, focusing on both theoretical and practical implications. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews with four informants, field observations, and document analysis. The analysis used is Sedarmayanti's Human Resources theory which includes six aspects: planning and analysis, opportunity, appointment, resource development, allowances, and inter-official relations. Findings indicate that planning and analysis, as well as resource development, are relatively low, while opportunity and appointment are considered good but require careful consideration. Allowances and inter-official relations are found to be adequate, with good communication among officials. Recommendations include enhancing training, education, and compensation systems to improve apparatus resource quality

One important step to increase taxpayer compliance with land and building taxes is to pay attention to the factors that influence it, namely information technology, service quality and taxpayer awareness. Based on this, the problem that can be formulated in this research is whether information technology, service quality and taxpayer awareness influence Taxpayer Compliance PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency.Data collection in this research was carried out by means of documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires with 100 taxpayers. The collected questionnaires were then analyzed using the Structure Equation Model (SEM) Amos version 22. Based on the calculation results, it was concluded that information technology had a positive and significant influence on PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency. Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant influence on PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency.

One of the government regulations that supports the e-government program is presidential instruction no. 3. 2003 concerning National Policy and Strategy for the E-Government Development Program, where this policy was the first regulation established to support the development and implementation of e-government in Indonesia. Sulangai Village is a village located in Petang District, Badung Regency, Bali Province. This village is known for its pristine natural beauty and has great potential in the agricultural and tourism sectors. Local village governments continue to improve their public services by using information technology. One way they do this is by building a village website. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods, where the type of research is used to provide a clear and in-depth picture of certain situations or conditions based on empirical data. This scientific study uses in-depth observational research methods on research objects, namely the Sulangai Village government website and literature study. Relevant data is collected from books, journals, research reports and other relevant documents. From the results of this research, it was found that the development of a village website in Sulangai Village, Badung, has had a positive impact in improving the quality of public services and strengthening relations between the village government and the community. Through the village website, accessibility of information regarding village government activities, public services and the latest news becomes easier for the community

Implementation of Integrated Stunting Prevention Policy in Gresik Regency

Stunting is a manifestation of growth failure that begins in the first 1000 days of birth. To overcome this problem, the Gresik Regency Government issued regent regulation Number 9 of 2023 regarding the Acceleration of Reducing Integrated Stunting as an effort to prevent and reduce stunting rates in Gresik Regency. Driyorejo District is an area with a fairly high number of stunting cases in Gresik Regency. This research aims to analyze how the integrated stunting reduction acceleration policy is implemented in Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection using interview, documentation and observation methods. This research is based on the implementation theory according to Edward III which is influenced by 4 variables, namely bureaucratic structure, communication, resources and disposition. The results of the research explain that the communication process is carried out through coordination meetings which aim to discuss the implementation of stunting prevention so that it can run optimally. . All human resources work together and material resources are also needed to reduce the stunting rate. Apart from that, other supporting factors such as SOPs and fragmentation in carrying out their roles and responsibilities are carried out with coordination which is an element in the bureaucratic structure and the policy implementers in reducing integrated stunting prevention at the Driyorejo Community Health Center have integrated human resources related to stunting prevention.

The results of the research show that the quality of Baduta Massage Stimulation Services in Efforts to Prevent Stunting in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Lere Community Health Center can be said to be optimal. This is shown from the Reliability aspect, that the services provided by health workers are timely; Daya considers that the Baduta Massage Stimulation service in Efforts to Prevent Stunting has been carried out quickly; Empathy, it is hoped that by applying empathy in public services, service officers can build better relationships with the public, increase their trust and satisfaction with the services provided; Physical Evidence, such as room facilities, complete equipment, adding and updating massage equipment that is more modern and in line with children’s stimulation needs; Guarantees: Strong guarantees in public services are one of the key factors in building public trust in the government or public institutions.

Abstract

Islamic Banks as intermediary institutions that operate based on Sharia principles must adjust all their products in accordance with the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) to ensure that every activity conducted by the bank is correct and does not violate Sharia regulations. Once an Islamic bank has aligned all aspects of its activities with Sharia provisions, it can conduct its banking operations correctly and appropriately, including engaging in cooperative agreements with customers. One of the contracts used in Islamic banking is the mudharabah contract. This research aims to assess the application of the mudharabah contract at BMT UGT NUSANTARA from a fiqh perspective. The research approach is descriptive-analysis, a qualitative method that guides researchers to explore and thoroughly examine the situation under study. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. The expected outcome of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the application of the mudharabah contract in Islamic banking from a fiqh perspective based on field research.

Providing services to the community is the main goal of a government agency. One of the services provided is creating E-KTP documents. E-KTP is an update of the conventional KTP which is considered less effective in providing data validity. This E-KTP document can only be owned by one person under one identity, therefore ownership of an E-KTP document is very important to support people's lives. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the implementation of population administration services is in order to increase ownership of E-KTP documents in Merauke District, Merauke Regency. This research uses Emitai Etzioni's effectiveness measurement theory which has four theories, namely: adaptation, integration, member motivation, and production and uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this research is by using field studies and literature studies. The results of the research show that the E-KTP service in Merauke District has been running effectively as indicated by the availability of adequate facilities and the existence of human resources who adapt quickly, however there are still several obstacles in its implementation, namely the failure to disseminate information to the community, limited availability of blanks and still poor employee attitude.

Various variables, both external and internal, can directly or indirectly hinder the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to implement integrated risk management in every decision making, preparation and implementation of programs and activities. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of risk management policies, factors that hinder policy implementation, and solutions to overcome inhibiting factors in the implementation of risk management policies at X Hospital, Denpasar City, Bali Province. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that the implementation of risk management policies at X Hospital, Denpasar City, which included; (1) Communication: communication media is still conventional, while the delivery of one-way information from superiors to subordinates is still long (2) Resources: there is no clear budget line item that mentions risk management (3) Disposition: risk management has not become a culture that requires high commitment (4) Bureaucratic Structure: already in accordance with hospital work procedures. In addition, this study also found risk management implementation strategies, namely; (1) modernization of communication media and continuous socialization of risk management (2) special budget planning for risk management (3) maximizing rewards and punishments for all parties (4) Periodically review the risk management framework based on risk reports and progress of plans and policy implementation. This research is hoped to provide information and input for stakeholders in the region on the implementation of risk management policies.

This article investigates the patterns of digital communication and flirting tactics in online dating applications, with a particular focus on Meeff and its impact on Generation Z. The urgency of this research lies in the increasing use of dating applications among young people aged 18 to 24, indicating a significant shift from conventional to digital interactions. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to delve deeply into user experiences. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with active Meeff users, whose narratives were analyzed using content analysis to identify common themes, motives, and behavior patterns. The results of the study reveal that online identity construction and self-presentation play a crucial role in shaping the dynamics of digital communication. Users strategically select profile photos, write engaging bios, and use appropriate emojis and language styles to enhance their appeal. Recommendation algorithms and real-time notifications support these strategies by providing relevant suggestions and helping users manage their interactions more effectively. Additionally, the study found that the timing of message delivery and responsiveness are essential components of flirting tactics, which can enhance conversation flow and demonstrate genuine interest. The conclusion of this study asserts that the combination of technology utilization and effective self-presentation strategies not only increases the success in attracting attention but also in maintaining long-term interactions, creating more adaptive and responsive relationships.

Analysis of Transmigration Program Impact on Community Economic Improvement in Discrete Aimas Sorong Regency

Through the transmigration program, it is hoped that mutually beneficial cooperation will be created between the transmigrant community and local communities around the transmigration settlement locations. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the transmigration program on improving the community economy in the Aimas District, Sorong Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis in this research is a normality test, reliability and validity test, and simple regression analysis. The research results show that the influence of transmigrants is 77.4% on improving the community's economy, while 23.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The Transmigrant variable has a positive effect on economic improvement. The regression coefficient value for the Transmigrant variable is 0.100, which indicates that the Transmigrant variable has a positive effect on economic improvement. Through simple linear regression analysis, it turns out that the relationship that occurs is a positive influence relationship. Through analysis of the coefficient of determination, it turns out that transmigration has an effect of 59.9% because transmigration has a good effect on the socio-economic life of the community in the Aimas District, Sorong Regency. It can be concluded that the community's economy can be improved through the transmigration program.

It also opens doors for infrastructure development, improved connectivity, and enhanced human resource quality in the region. Land acquisition in KEK Sorong is crucial to address these disparities. This research employs qualitative methods. Data analysis in this research is qualitative analysis. The findings of this study are: (a) Land ownership in KEK Sorong includes four existing business entities that were established before it was designated as a KEK, namely PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT. Henrison Inti Persada, PT. Perahu Catamaran Papua, and PT. Satu Suku Pertanian; (b) The land area planned, based on the cumulative results of delineation of land ownership maps, the planned location for land acquisition in the Sorong Special Economic Zone (KEK) covers 2,205,000 m² or 208.5 Ha, which is under the customary land ownership of the Kami Clan; (c) The land acquisition location for KEK Sorong in Southwest Papua Province, based on an overlay with the Sorong Regency Spatial Plan (RTRW), shows that most of KEK Sorong is designated as an industrial area with a total area of 291.7 Ha; (d) Land use in KEK Sorong includes utilization for plant growth and corporate activities, as well as a port; (e) The social impact of land acquisition activities includes both social impacts and individual and family impacts.

Urban areas as centers of development and civilization will not be separated from the pressure of increasing built-up land. This condition makes it increasingly urgent for open spaces to be transformed into built-up land. As a result, there is a reduction in green open space, especially as a children's play area. From this condition, the concept of the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space Program (RPTRA) emerged which has begun to be implemented in several cities or districts, one of which is Jokowi Park in the West Manokwari district. Jokowi Park is quite often visited by the public but is not yet equipped with sports facilities, play facilities and others. So it is not easily accessible to the public, especially children. Based on this, it is important to conduct research related to the implementation of the RPTRA program in Jokowi Park, West Manokwari district. This research was conducted using qualitative methods by collecting opinions from managers, visitors and local residents regarding the components of safety, health, comfort, ease of accessibility, security and beauty. Based on the results of the analysis, there are five components that indicate that Jokowi Park is not good at implementing the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space Program (RPTRA) concept.

The Role of the Community and Village Empowerment Office in Improving the Development Village Index

This research aims to understand the role of the Ciamis Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) in increasing the Village Development Index (IDM). IDM is an indicator that reflects village progress in social, economic and ecological aspects. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores various programs and policies implemented by DPMD, as well as the factors that influence their success. The research results show that the Ciamis Regency DPMD has succeeded in increasing village status to "Independent" in 2024, with the number of independent villages reaching 210, a significant increase compared to previous years. This success is supported by the commitment of the local government, adequate budget allocation, strong capacity of village officials, and the availability of quality village data. Community empowerment programs, development of village officials, and facilitating access to village resources and funding are the keys to this achievement. However, this research also found several challenges that still need to be faced, such as limited infrastructure, limited access to capital, and coordination between agencies that needs to be strengthened. To overcome these obstacles, the Ciamis Regency DPMD has implemented various strategies, including strengthening the capacity of village officials, improving the quality of village data, developing the village economy, and increasing access to public services. In conclusion, with strong commitment and continuous efforts, the Ciamis Regency DPMD is optimistic that it can continue to improve the welfare of village communities and achieve independent village status throughout its region, making a significant contribution to sustainable development in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to see the role of DPMD in encouraging village economic empowerment programs in Ciamis Regency. Empowerment has an important role in good governance to increase independence in the community This research uses a qualitative approach to describe the problem and the focus of the research. The results of this study show that DPMD's strategic role in supporting village economic empowerment programs includes policy formulation and regulation, guidance and facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, and collaboration and coordination. There are also positive impacts of DPMD's role in village economic empowerment, including Increasing Village Original Income (PAD), Developing Village Business, and Increasing Human Resource Capacity. BUMDes have great potential to improve the welfare of rural communities. DPMD has an important role in supporting and developing BUMDes in order to achieve their maximum potential.

The limitations of this research may include potential biases in data collection, limited generalizability of findings beyond the context of PMPTSP in Buleleng Regency, and constraints associated with the qualitative research approach. The research results show that Indonesia has taken several strategic steps in responding to the conflict, including acting as a mediator, pursuing diplomacy, urging a ceasefire, providing humanitarian aid, facilitating the evacuation of Indonesian citizens, and advocating for national security system reforms. The study also reveals that the Russia-Ukraine conflict significantly impacts Indonesia's national interests, including rising commodity prices, disruptions in global supply chains, economic uncertainty, export value fluctuations, and concerns over escalation toward World War III. These conditions drive Indonesia to be more active in international dialogue and diplomacy to prevent conflict escalation and achieve global peace.

In North Denpasar District, the integration of requests and complaints into a unified system is lacking, leading to unresolved issues. However, the service has seen low participation, with many complaints still directed to the sub-district office. The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia implements this program due to its role in education, particularly religious education. Enhancing the competency of Hindu religion teachers is the responsibility of the Directorate General of Hindu Community Guidance, and in Bali, it is carried out by the Denpasar Ministry of Religion Office. The implementation of competency enhancement activities for teachers in Denpasar has not been evaluated, either internally or externally by the Directorate General of Hindu Community Guidance, regarding its benefits for Hindu religion teachers. The aim of this research is to assess the effectiveness of the competency enhancement activities for Hindu religion teachers at the Denpasar Ministry of Religion Office conducted in 2023. This study is a descriptive qualitative research using purposive sampling for informant selection, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The findings show that the competency enhancement activities for Hindu religion teachers at the Denpasar Ministry of Religion Office are effective, following a process of planning, organizing, actualizing, controlling, and evaluating. Despite facing internal challenges such as inadequate facilities, budget, and human resources, and external challenges such as dual responsibilities for educational personnel and lack of teacher awareness, the program has managed to address these obstacles through efforts such as optimizing the budget implementation checklist and improving communication among staff, leaders, religious institutions, and Hindu organizations.

The analysis used path analysis (Path Analysis) is used to determine how much influence the variable has, either directly or indirectly, on other variables. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a significant positive effect on MSME performance. (2) Intellectual Capital has a significant positive effect on MSME Performance (3) The total influence of the Competency and Intellectual Capital variables on MSME Performance is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination r2 = 0.727 or 72.7% while the influence of external variables or errors is 27.3 % Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the model formed is included in the very strong category, so that in this study the Competency and Intellectual Capital variables have a positive and significant effect and have a very close and difficult link to the Performance of MSMEs in the Culinary Field of Arcamanik District

The form of this research is descriptive research with data collection methods using three types of techniques, namely observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. This research was conducted to find out what the quality of public services in Sanur Village is, what are the obstacles in non-permanent population administration services in Sanur Village, and what efforts are being made to overcome obstacles in Non-permanent Population Administration services in Sanur Village. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that non-permanent population administration services in Sanur Village have variations in terms of reliability and responsiveness. Furthermore, the main obstacles in non-permanent population administration services in Sanur Village include limited number of employees, technical problems such as unstable internet connections, and inconsistencies in service implementation. The local Village Government's efforts to overcome these obstacles are by carrying out continuous innovation and employee training to increase the reliability and responsiveness of services. It is recommended that the use of online media and communication applications be maximized to speed up the administration process and increase service accessibility. In addition, collecting community feedback and regular evaluation of employee performance must be further improved.

The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study are fifth-grade students and their teachers. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that students are generally accustomed to using smartphones or gadgets to play online games. The impact of online games greatly depends on their usage; excessive use can lead to addiction, disrupting various aspects of children's lives, but wise use can be beneficial and develop important skills in the digital era. The characteristics of children playing online games reveal that some students often use inappropriate language at school, likely influenced by unsupervised gadget use. The school's follow-up action is to implement policies restricting gadget use to enhance social interaction and focus on learning through a non-violent disciplinary approach. Educators are advised to pay more attention to children who lack social interaction, provide encouragement, and counsel on the importance of making friends. Additionally, teachers should frequently organize activities that involve student collaboration and enforce stricter rules regarding students bringing gadgets to school.

One important step to improve employee performance is to pay attention to the factors that influence it, namely electronic-based government systems (e-government), information technology and task suitability. Based on this, the problem that can be formulated in this research is what is the partial and simultaneous influence of the implementation of an electronic-based government system (e-government), information technology and task suitability on employee performance at the Badung Regency Communication and Information Service. Data collection in this research was carried out by means of documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires with 46 employees. The collected questionnaires were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations, it was found that the results of implementing an electronic-based government system (E-Government) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Communication and Information Service. Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Communication and Information Service. Task suitability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Communication and Information Service. The implementation of electronic-based government systems (E-Government), information technology and task suitability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Communication and Information Service.

The 2019-2024 RPJMD of Ciamis Regency is a strategic foundation for the Regional Government. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate the implementation of the RPJMD by the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Ciamis Regency. The realization figure for BPHTB tax in Bandung City in 2020-2023 was always below target, and the realization figure for BPHTB tax in Bandung City was the lowest of the nine other regional taxes, therefore the author wanted to know what kind of evaluation was carried out by the Bandung City Government in handling this. This study aims to determine how the community's perception of the utilization of village funds in Panggangsari Village, Cirebon Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The government's attention to the surrounding community is considered quite good because it involves residents in the preparation of the program, from the interested parties the government has placed the programs that are considered the most important to be prioritized, the habit of the surrounding community only knowing village funds from one another without knowing themselves, this causes the emergence of the community's negative stigma towards the government in using village funds, village communities tend to assess performance appraisals instantly without first looking for them.

Data collection in this research was carried out by means of documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires with 127 people. The collected questionnaires were then analyzed using the Structure Equation Model (SEM). The results of the first hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees. The results of the second hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees. The results of the third hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees. Based on the calculation results, it shows that work discipline, work environment and emotional intelligence have a positive effect on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees in the Klungkung Regency Civil Service Police and Fire Department Units.

The performance of government agency employees serves as the foundational base that must be established, maintained, and developed within government institutions to ensure a positive impact on both the quality and quantity of government operations. Challenges such as the limited availability of competent human resources, the misalignment between employee placements and their competencies, and a lack of employee discipline have been identified. The purpose of this research is to understand the current performance, the obstacles encountered, and the strategies employed to enhance employee performance. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that the performance of employees at the Environmental and Sanitation Department of Badung Regency is good in terms of responsiveness and responsibility indicators, but it is not yet fully optimal in terms of productivity and service quality indicators. The obstacles faced in improving employee performance include a lack of employee interest and opportunities to attend technical training aligned with their competencies, limited rotation across departments, minimal communication between leadership and staff, insufficient competent human resources, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The strategies for improving employee performance include supporting the implementation of activities as planned, facilitating employee competency development, fostering better communication, allocating budgets for the fulfillment of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and proposing the recruitment of employees with specialized expertise in waste management.

The target of this research is the Sabilulungan Cicalengka Healthy Market traders as objects who experience direct benefits from regional development who live in Cicalengka District, totaling 1875 shops or traders. Based on research findings, there is a perception that awareness of the level of land and building tax (PBB) payments in Cicalengka District is quite good. Even though the available data is only 51% of taxpayers who have paid in 2021. From the results of observations, questionnaires and interviews with Cicalengka market traders, on the contrary, taxpayers in the District have a poor perception regarding their awareness of paying taxes. So there needs to be an effort to help the community become better at understanding paying taxes in the context of smooth national development.

Basically, every person is born as a leader on this earth. Being a leader certainly comes with its own leadership model, tailored to one's personality. A leader undoubtedly has a significant impact on the progress of their subordinates and organization. The Regional Representative Council (DPRD) is an institution with a dual role: as a representative of the people and as an element of regional government administration. The DPRD institution must have a leader to manage the organization and ensure it operates according to the prevailing regulations. In managing the DPRD, a leader with a transformational leadership model brings a significant impact to the organization's journey. This study examines the analysis of the leadership model of the DPRD Chairman for the 2019-2024 period from the perspective of political resilience in Ciamis Regency. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method, exploring the analysis of the DPRD Chairman's leadership model for the 2019-2024 period in detail. The findings of the study analyze the leadership model, public aspirations, and the role of the DPRD Chairman in maintaining political resilience in Ciamis Regency. The conclusion of the study is that a transformational leader must be accountable for their actions and ensure stability within the organization. They must optimize human and organizational resources to achieve goals in line with their vision and mission. The process of cultivating public aspirations involves expressing interests in various activities and collaborating with the local community. This is crucial for maintaining political stability in Ciamis Regency

The application of the smart living concept by the Ciamis Regency Health Office in encouraging healthy living behavior of the community, as well as structuring the ecosystem of living places that support the quality of life of the community. This study aims to analyze how the Ciamis Regency Health Office applies the smart living concept in an effort to encourage healthy living behaviors in the community. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies of programs and policies related to the implementation of smart living. The results showed that the Ciamis Regency Health Office has implemented several information technology-based initiatives in order to encourage healthy lifestyles in the community through health information outreach and community self health monitoring applications that will be published in 2024 now. However, the integration and synchronization of cross-sectoral regulations and data related to smart living are considered still lacking and not optimal. The policy recommendations given are the need to strengthen regulations and institutions to support the implementation of smart living in the health sector in Ciamis Regency.

The problems found in this writing are related to the limited knowledge and technical skills of government employees in Ciamis Regency in operating and managing the new SPBE system. Facilities and infrastructure to support needed services are still limited to the implementation of an Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) in Ciamis Regency. This research aims to analyze the implementation of SPBE and its impact on transparency and service delivery ini Ciamis Regency. The research results show that the implementation of SPBE has succeeded in increasing information transparency and speeding up the process of providing services to the community in Ciamis. However, challenges such as uneven technological infrastructure and lack of digital literacy among employees are the main challenges. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of SPBE implementation at the local level and its relevance in the context of strengthening good governance in indonesia.

This research aims to discover and explore the Pancasila-based da'wah communication model in the hyperreality era. This research uses qualitative methods based on results from the literature. Pancasila is a state philosophy that must be disseminated as an ideology. However, the distribution process must be done with more than simple steps. Creating a particular form of communication that can run effectively and efficiently is necessary. Pancasila-based da'wah communication is appropriate because it has a significant influence. Because the da'wah narrative that was initially conveyed only used an Islamic perspective, this time it was developed using the Pancasila basis. In da'wah communication, there are bil hall, bil kolam, and bil hal models of da'wah communication, which, in the end, after being integrated between da'wah and Pancasila communication, gave birth to a Pancasila-based model of da'wah communication with five keywords, namely divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and justice.

Performance evaluation is an assessment of the work results or achievements attained by an organization, team, or individual. Conducting performance evaluations can help identify areas for improvement. The Secretariat of the Community and Village Empowerment Office in Pasuruan Regency has a low professionalism index, which is due to issues within the performance dimensions of the ASN (State Civil Apparatus). These dimensions include the assessment of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) and the work behavior of ASN employees, as well as identifying programs that have not been implemented. This study aims to evaluate employee performance using Robbins' theory of dimensions and performance indicators, which include: Quality, Quantity, Responsibility, Cooperation, and Initiative. It also seeks to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of employee performance in the Secretariat of the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Pasuruan Regency. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that employee performance is still not optimal when viewed from Robbins' theory in (Mangkunegara, 2015). Supporting factors include the majority of employees being competent and the continuous updating of the application system. However, inhibiting factors include an insufficient number of human resources, poor communication between policymakers and employees, and the absence of technical training (BIMTEK) for updated or new applications

This research aims to identify the challenges faced by elderly prisoners in correctional institutions related to declining physical abilities and mental health, analyze the role and effectiveness of independence development programs in helping elderly prisoners overcome these challenges and evaluate the benefits of developing independence for elderly prisoners, including improving the quality of life and their readiness for social reintegration after release. The findings show that mental health problems such as depression and anxiety are also more common among elderly prisoners, which are often exacerbated by social isolation and uncertainty about the future. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. A literature review was carried out to collect and analyze information from various literature sources that are relevant to the topic of fostering the independence of elderly prisoners. This research examines the role of digital literacy in preserving Sundanese culture and raising public awareness about local cultural heritage. Sundanese culture, as one of the largest cultural heritages in Indonesia, faces serious challenges in maintaining its existence, especially among the younger generation. The research method used is a literature review, including analysis of literature related to Sundanese culture, cultural preservation methods, and digital literacy. The results show that digital literacy has significant potential in preserving Sundanese culture through the use of social media platforms to creatively promote culture. Identified challenges include limited internet access and lack of public understanding. Proposed strategies include improving internet infrastructure, digital literacy education, and developing engaging content. In conclusion, digital literacy plays an important role in increasing public knowledge and participation in preserving Sundanese culture, while maintaining a balance between modernization and traditional values
