However, the management of these assets is not yet optimal, as can be seen from the large number of village physical assets that are in disrepair. The main problem in this management is asset planning and monitoring that has not been optimal. This research aims to measure the performance of village heads in managing village physical assets using qualitative methods with observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis by Miles & Huberman. George R. Terry's performance management theory approach—including planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring—is used as an analytical framework. The research results show that the performance of village heads is inadequate, as evidenced by the large number of assets that are stalled, lost or damaged due to weak planning and supervision.</span></p>2024-12-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Dialektika: Jurnal Ilmu Sosialhttp://jurnaldialektika.com/index.php/piani/article/view/309Implementation of Regional Government Policy in Improving Sustainable Tourism Development in Ciamis District 2024-08-30T13:55:05+00:00Asep Nurdin Rosihan Anwaranwarasep123@gmail.comArie Budiawanaribudiawan@unigal.ac.idEndah Vestikowatiendahves543@gmail.com<p>This research aims to assess the extent to which the implementation of local government policies increases sustainable tourism development in the Ciamis Regency. This study aims to investigate the influence of political awareness on the level of participation of voters with disabilities in elections in Indonesia. Using qualitative methods and literature study techniques, this study analyzes various relevant sources, including scientific articles, policy reports, and previous studies. The results of the analysis show that high political awareness contributes significantly to the participation of voters with disabilities. Voters who are aware of their political rights tend to be more active in exercising their right to vote, even though they are still faced with various challenges such as physical accessibility and limited information. Therefore, this study recommends the need for greater efforts to increase political awareness through inclusive education and the provision of disability-friendly information. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more inclusive election policies in Indonesia.</p>2024-12-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Dialektika: Jurnal Ilmu Sosialhttp://jurnaldialektika.com/index.php/piani/article/view/358The Influence of Indirect Compensation and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Productivity (Case Study: PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk Bandung. The research addresses key challenges in managing productivity, emphasizing the significance of non-monetary benefits and intrinsic drivers in enhancing employee performance. These factors are critical in today’s competitive work environment, particularly in manufacturing sectors, where maintaining consistent productivity levels is paramount. The study aims to provide actionable insights into human resource management practices that align compensation and motivation strategies to improve employee productivity. A quantitative descriptive verificative approach was employed, with data collected from 77 respondents using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through path analysis. The questionnaire items underwent validity and reliability testing to ensure accuracy. Correlation and path analyses were conducted to evaluate direct and indirect effects of the independent variables on employee productivity. Findings indicate that indirect compensation contributes to employee productivity through both direct and indirect pathways, with a total effect of 35.81%. Intrinsic motivation emerged as the stronger determinant, accounting for a total effect of 44.46% on productivity. Together, these variables explain 72.8% of the variance in employee productivity, highlighting their complementary roles. Employees perceive indirect compensation as satisfactory, valuing social security, benefits, and work-life balance. High intrinsic motivation levels further reflect employees’ satisfaction with personal achievements, recognition, and opportunities for growth. The study recommends enhancing social security programs, fostering employee autonomy, and supporting motivation under challenging conditions to optimize productivity.
